No. Many clients come to the Smart Build Project directly, particularly if they already have a clear sense that the business foundations are struggling and need fixing. We scope the project together in our initial conversation, so nothing gets missed.
Everything within the agreed scope: the audit, the build, the documentation, the communications with any third parties (designers, developers, copywriters) and the VA preparation if relevant. There are no hidden extras. Customised legal documents, if needed, are the only item priced separately.
You leave with everything documented, organised and working. If we’ve prepared for a VA, you have a clear handover pack ready to go. Most clients don’t need ongoing OBM support after the Smart Build Project because the systems we put in place are designed to run without me.
