Over three to four weeks, we build what we agreed. I set things up, document as we go and check in regularly so nothing gets stuck. You’re involved in every decision. I handle the heavy lifting.
Every process we build gets documented in a standard operating procedure. Written clearly, step by step, so you can follow it yourself or hand it to a VA without anything getting lost in translation.

Once we’ve agreed to work together, I send you the detailed questionnaire for your chosen area. Take your time with it.
We meet for 90 minutes to go through the questionnaire together, assess the current state and agree exactly what we’re going to build. You’ll leave with a clear plan.
Over three to four weeks, we build it. I implement, document and check in regularly. At the end, you have one area of your business working properly, with everything documented so it stays that way.
This covers everything within the agreed scope: the questionnaire, the strategy session, the implementation work and the documented SOPs. No hidden extras. If you need customised legal documents as part of the GDPR option, those are priced separately depending on what’s needed.
Coaches, consultants and practitioners running their own practice who have a clear sense of one area that needs proper attention. You don’t need to have done the Smart OBM Intensive first, though many clients do. If you’re not sure which area to choose, the Intensive is the right starting point.
The Intensive gives you a full business diagnosis and a prioritised plan across everything. The Framework takes one specific area from that plan (or one you’ve identified yourself) and implements it properly. It’s the step between knowing what needs to change and having it actually changed.
I do the implementation. That’s what distinguishes the Framework from a consultative session. You’re involved in every decision, but the building, the setting up and the documenting is my work, not yours.
